That was an interesting 'find', Robert. I wonder whether they produced any films on attacking bombers from possible agressor nations. I note that there was no mention of defensive fighters.
In '48, and into the Korean War, jet fighters really couldn't escort piston bombers, and the remaining piston fighters would be no match for the jet interceptors.
The B-29s bombing North Korea quickly had to go to night missions when the MiG-15s showed up.
