Last year, the BC Aviation Museum, in Victoria, BC, acquired a relic it plans to restore to flight. As a member of the Comox Air Force Museum Association, devoted to the history of West Coast military aviation, and an airfield that operated Avro Lancasters in the maritime patrol role, I'm pretty stoked.

Not in the air but here are my closeups. 1 at the MAM in Va Beach and the other at the Hamilton Air Show in Canada. The guys with the Lancaster told me about the show they have there and the wife wanted to see Niagara Falls so planned the trip to see the Lancaster when we went to Canada.

Very, very nice Barry. Thanks for posting. Still have 4 AIM Lancs undercoated and awaiting finishing which I will get around to doing in the fullness of time.
