Default Wings of Prague Raffle #3

The third raffle to generate funds to send [COLOR="#0000FF"]Mike/OldGuy59 to Prague this April is up and ready for your perusal Mike has contributed a series of beautiful Albatros and Nieuport repaints, just like the ones he is going to use in his Vimy Ridge scenario he's running for/at Prague. They are accompaied by custom plane and ace cards for each of the pilots. This is a deal not to be missed!

The raffle will last for two weeks - cut-off date will be midnight on the 19th of March. Our fourth and final raffle will go up shortly thereafter, four more beautiful repaints, and it, too, will last two weeks.

    Good luck!
    All the best,
    Matt

Sorry if this is a silly question, but how do we support the raffle? I've been an infrequent visitor to the forum for a while and am not up to date with goings on. Thanks in advance.

Go to the Home Page, Adie, and click on the article - that will bring up the full article with its associated pictures. At the bottom left of the article, you will see a PayPal box with a drop-down menu - this will allow you to choose how many tickets you want to purchase (between 1 and 5). You purchase them from the Herrn Oberst at the Aerodrome store, and you are entered to win.

    All the best,
    Matt

Please Note: The Manfred von Richthofen plane is not customized. It is as produced by Ares (WGF118C), and will come with the shrink-wrap intact. As MvR, leading Jasta 11, was actually flying over Vimy Ridge in this time period, in the produced plane, it didn't require any touch-ups, nor special cards. The other two planes will come with complete MvR decks, but will include the new pilots' Ace and Skill cards.

Additional Note: The RFC planes were WFG117A (Baracca) repaints, and will also come with complete decks for that ace, but will include the repaint Ace skills. They will also include the Higher Machine Gun equipment cards, which are not included in this plane's deck, as the RFC didn't have Vickers guns installed in their Ni.17s, but used the upper-wing mounted Lewis guns (unfortunately not modelled on my repaints, sorry). The Baracca plane was the only one that had "B" flight stands, and silver paint, so that was the plane I used for the repaints.

Just finished printing, cutting, sleeving and packaging the second set of Ace cards, and the Nieuport 17 Higher Machine Gun equipment cards. Albert Ball's plane will have eight cards added to it. These are the custom plane card, the pilot Ace Level Four card, four Skill cards, and two equipment cards (basic/standard rules, and advanced rules). The other two Nieuports will have five each; the appropriate custom plane card, the Ace Level One card, one skill, and the two equipment cards. The German planes will only have three cards in the repaint boxes, as they already have the Lockable Controls cards in their decks. So, for Allmenroder and Brauneck, they have their appropriate custom plane cards, their Ace Level One card and the one skill card each.

Note: All cards have been printed on Epson Premium Presentation Matte paper, using an Epson 1400 Photo Stylus printer.

Just a reminder that this raffle will be ending at midnight on Tuesday, 19 March...only three more days to buy your ticket(s) I guess I ought to follow my own advice and snag mine...

Best of luck in this one, folks - these planes will definitely be a lovely addition to someone's hangar!
