Just finished my Warthog. This is an Empress Miniatures model with bar armour kit-bashed from an Airfix Warrior kit.

Very nice Steve

I agree Dave, but way outside my comfort zone. My WW2 tanks are stretching my knowledge of modern weaponry. I can recognize a Matilda just!

Interesting, not up on modern stuff though am very familiar with WWII armor. Nice job though.
Hey John, the draaken is from RAF on Shapeways . . . Awesome and very light!
Just received my Shapeways models and the decals from Kevin (MISCMINI). Now waiting for the planes I ordered from Dave (AIM) for next months project. again will be for something different.
I took advantage last week of an early nice day to spray-prime the rest of my Cruel Seas Kreigsmarine fleet set, plus a full box of WH Empire (now Free Peoples) greatswords.

Looks terrific, Dave,
I would like to get one of two of those some day.
Wonderful Draaken, that will look great on the table.
Magnificent Drachen, Dave!

What control Dave.
Lovely work as per usual.

So how many books are in your personal library?
That certainly a lot of little Fokkers Tim.
Why am I not surprised?

all the boats are from Warlord Games, part of their Cruel Seas game.
The E boats were on the front of Wargaming magazine a couple of months ago, the tanker was Ł18 direct from Warlord Games.
They have an ever growing line of ships in 1/300 scale, the tanker was the cheapest larger vessel they do, but it should look ok for low level bombing attacks, which the Whirlwinds usually did from 150ft or lower!
I'm working on an idea for night attacks, based partly on ideas Neil (Skafloc) demonstrated in his Attack on Taranto at Doncaster a while back and also consulting his posted work on ship attack rules.
OK for a two or three person game, but nothing bigger unfortunately (my ideas that is).
Lest we forget
Very nice work guys. Looks like Cruel Seas is getting a lot of attention. Saw a few videos on You Tube about the game and painting the ships.
I found the ships in the starter set easy to build and paint. So far, the other ones I bought are "in process" partly due to good weather to prime, and mostly due to the lack of build instructions, which greatly increases the frustration level.
Otherwise, they will make a good game, as well as great targets!

Last bit of transport for our Salute game - a Jackal stuffed full of paras:
It's an Airfix kit with a few bits of etch brass here and there, with Empress Miniatures crew and a lot of extra kit piled in the back
Run for your life - there are stupid people everywhere!
Very tasty, Steve! Does Airfix make a line of kits scaled to 28mm now? I have not paid much attention to Airfix scales lately...or is it a 1/48 vehicle that works nicely for that scale? Whatever the case, it's beautiful work and will look splendid on the table with the rest of your modern British mob
All the best,
Matt
Matt, it’s 1/48. I think it’s out of production at the moment but still available on Evilbay.

Awesome Steve. Hope to see the pics of them in action.
Been getting a bit of Cruel Seas action down at the hobby shop the last few months, lots of fun.
Finishing up some Warmaster 10mm undead for me and some larger stuff for a local. Have 12 more cowboys ready to start tomorrow then a 100 fig Romanian Bolt Action army to start painting this weekend. And as normal do not paint the bases as he rebases them on clear discs (with the exception of the one coming out of the grave.
Impressive Ken. Who makes 10mm fantasy?

Jager, those are old GW Warmaster figs from the late 90's. Stocked up on em when they were clearing the shelves at the FLGS about 2002. You can still find Warmaster stuff on E-bay and there is a online rulebook also. GW just abandoned the whole line 15 or so years ago.
Steve, that Jackal is awesome!
I would like to come over to your table at 'Salute' to watch, but I might not make it back to the 'Wings' table!
Ken, I love the bone effect you got on those 28mm skeletons

I'm finalizing the projects for the Wings of Prague 2019.
All Shapeways except the SPAD VII by Skytrex.
You can see the four birds finished today. The remaining two weeks are enough for the big birds.
