Beautiful. I love the tape stripes on the wing ribbing.
Me 163 scheme?
I laugh in the face of danger - then I hide until it goes away!
Hm, rounded delta wing, blended wing-body. Is that the prototype for the Vulcan V-bomber?
My first thought Tim but also a good one Sam. I think Dave makes a Vulcan in 1/200. UMMMM
Yes Dave has a Vulcan in 1/200 for $18.00 so could be an nice paint job.
Impressive little critter!
It could be used as a design for an alien spacecraft.
Wowzers! Way cool, now I have to paint one-I think I still have one in resin. Pilot needs to be Mothra in German, and it's a night fighter!
You guys have me busting out right now looking at this. That is so cool, great job Mike.
Should it be "Moths of Glory" or "Moths of War"?
Indeed! Well done! I have a plastic 1/200" kit somewhere in the archives . . . But I'm thinking Concord
Perhaps instead of a 'Tiger Meet' paint scheme as NATO used to have (do they still run that competition?), there could be a 'Moth Meet' - there are so many cool moth coloring variations out there that could be used...
Very inventive work here, Mike!
All the best,
Matt
I guess Clipper will be the first to have a plane in that pattern
