I have put this link up before but it is always worth a re-post. I have also followed it for several years and he appears to add about four pages every few years - so it is worth a re-post if only for any up-dates!

Always interesting. Speed is important except Ground level speed which is irrelevant. Dog fighting did not happen below tree level.
I've read that some running for home did !
