International postage is horrendous. In the US it's only $11.95.

There was a very nice Caproni for $25 free shipping in the US but it was $24 to ship to the UK plus tax and tax collection charge, so I let it go.

I've had planes shipped from Miniature Market to the UK for $6.00 or so but usually it's a figure so high as to make it not worth while from other vendors.

Good to see you have vendors asking daft prices there as well as here when I looked at the cards I found these Morane N between $30 and $46 each my last one was just under $10!!!

It does seem a bit steep a opening price.

It's a defensive plan - he's been told to sell them by SWMBO... "... Well honey, I did my best but no-one wanted to buy them !"

For that kind of pricing I think I should sell my lot and take a nice holiday. Some of his stuff is current release products not even that hard to find. at least 4 planes are either without stands or have been modified.

Dave I think you have it right. This is only going to interest someone new and if you're new you're not going to spend $1500
