If they tap into the PC game BSG Deadlock, which I understand they are allowed to by the licence, then they'll have several on each side to choose from...as well as some more fighters!
Do we have any idea how big this model is going to be, please?
If it is to scale, it should be 12 meters across? Or even bigger. So, Ares is probably not going to make it that big.

This actually gives me an idea of how big the Shuttle MkII is, for those escort scenarios I was cooking up. The shuttle will be out of paper, if I ever get around to building anything.

PS: Almost 16cms long? That would make a big target.
PPS: BS Galactica would be 884 cms long, or 8.8 meters.
A Cylon Basestar would be 1312 cms across, or 13 meters.
Nope. They aren't going to be to scale with the Vipers/Raiders, but will they be the same reduced scale? Perhaps not, with the difference in sizes between capital ships.

Galactica Prototype
If the ships surrounding the Galactica in the above thread are the 160 scale ships already produced, the Galactica is approximately 36.5cm long. Check my math, but is that coming out around 1/3900 scale?
