Thread: Return from Bereavement Leave

    Default Return from Bereavement Leave

    Hello chaps

Many apologies for my recent absence from the 'Drome, but my Mother passed away a short while ago, and I have been ploughing through the mountains of paperwork and Government-inflicted hurdles therein.

To those expecting PM replies, I will handle that shortly, after I have spent a little while re-acclimatising to life on the Aerodrome (catching up on the threads I missed!).

Hope to be back in the cockpit soon.

Very sorry to hear this Tim. The pain of the loss is enough without the 'Government inflicted hurdles'. My dad passed away last summer and I am still dealing with it.

    Hang in there.

    Tim,
I am so very sorry to read of the passing of your Mom. I have been through it with both my parents (within a very short time of each other) and I know the emotional toll it can take. Please be well.

Hopefully we can help cheer you up a bit.

I have been ploughing through the mountains of paperwork and Government-inflicted hurdles therein.
I can feel your pain, having dealt with both parents passing (and both the Canadian and British government paperwork from the USA)
    It will pass.

Cheers - it's good to have you back.

Good to have you back Squadron Leader.
I am sorry to hear of your great loss.
I have just about completed sorting out my Cousins paperwork after she died in November so I know exactly what you have on. I only have the sale of her flat and Probate to complete now, but it has been a lot of stress, so don't overdo things on the site until you feel ready.
Best wishes from myself and Mrs K.
