Thread: 6 Years

    Default 6 Years

Well chaps I'm only a few days late in recording my 6th year on the 'Drome.

Thanks for all your support, there are too many to mention but I will pick out a few if I may and thoroughly embarrass them.

Rob (WingCo) for having faith in me and giving me a job and for the constant encouragement over the years.

Chris (Hedeby) for being there more times than I can remember and fondly known as' the other woman' to swmbo.

Eric & Sue (7eat51 & Ling) life long friends who mean more to me that I will admit in public.

Simon (Maverick) who has given me more kicks up the backside, all deserved, and for being a true friend.

Chris (Boney10) always at the end of a phone when I need a chat.

Paul (tikkifriend) for putting up with my jokes about Sunderland another friendship I cherish.

Andrzej, Sven and Daniel (Nightbomber, Marechallannes, Dansam) lifelong friends.

Lastly to Tim (flyinghelmut) for putting up with all my weird demands for the Ace of Aces games at Doncaster, without you my friend it wouldn't be what it is.

And to all the other friends and wingmen who put up with my diatribe and Geordie sense of humour a heartfelt thankyou.

    Neil

Congratulations are definately in order, it's late and my mental faculties are a bit weak but it looks as if you've made an average of about 5 posts a day for 6 years.
    Well done that man.

I will be honoured to raise a glass to you Neil. Lots of fun, as well as technical struggles over the years. Looking to more fun, and less technical struggles over the next six.

Sitting here in Bavaria and can't share a few beers with you, Neil...

We still have a great time at the Aerodrome.

Thank you for your steady input here. Still impossible for me to point at all the wonderful things you started and participate here, campaigns, air to ship stuff, the sniper's times, and many, many more things.
