Default Wings of Prague Raffle #1

The first raffle to fund OldGuy59/Mike's trip to Prague this coming spring is over, and our two winners are tikkifriend/Paul and RJG173/Robert. Paul snags the brown balloon, and Robert has himself a shiny new Caproni

Congratulations, lads - soon your treasures will be making their ways to you. Enjoy, and thanks again to all who purchased tickets to this first raffle.

Our second raffle will hit the Forum at the beginning of January.

    All the best,
    Matt

After I got home from our monthly meet up at the Family Game Store, I checked my email to see a PM saying I won the Caproni bomber in the raffle. That was a very pleasant surprise. Hopefully it will arrive before next month's games, and I'll be able to test it out. My Italian air force is slowing increasing. I just wish I had more Belgian aircraft.

Thank you all for the congratulations.

Hey to all you double winners, back off and let some of us that have never won have our chance!

Now seriously, this is a great way to raise $$ for our Lend Lease participants. Some really nice prizes make the raffle exciting even though I haven't won....yet!

Yet to win, either - but congrats to the winners.
    On to the next round!

Hopefully I will notice it sooner next time. I almost missed out on this one.

I had been wondering where my package was. After consulting with my letter carrier and checking the USPS tracking system, I find that it has been sitting in the local post office since Christmas Eve with nary a notification to me. I drove over and picked it up.

    Very nice wrapping.

Now I can fly some Italian bombing campaigns. Unfortunately, the penguins seemed to have escaped. I'll have to track them down.

Glad to see you got your prize in the end Robert.
Looks as if the Post Office workers failed to feed the crew.
Those Penguins get very flighty when hungry. I would check round at your local fish suppliers.

According to the tracking information, the package arrived for delivery on December 24, but I was out of town on that date. I did like the wrapping paper.
