Glad you can do it again, but take it slowly.

Great to see you up and at them again. Great for the mind and spirit. Love the Floyd reference. Waiting for an order from Dave (AIM) for something different.

A lot of small children are going to be short of toys if your Elves keep this up. Mind a lot of big children will be happy. Great stuff Dave but whatch those pinkies.

    No nuts, of course!

Dave is nuts (and so are his Elves), so eating nuts would be cannibalism.

Banana bread is great; my wife loved it with black walnuts.
I was thinking of putting something besides morsels in a tollhouse recipe; maybe raisins and crasins, like my oatmeal cookies? thoughts?

Much as I'd love to, my company has no stores in AZ (PA, OH and a couple in MD), and retirement is at least 6 years away, medicare and SSI willing.

Sigh all this talk of cooking. I tend to get MRE's from the Army/Navy store to snack on. Wife has given me standing orders she gets the Applesauce with apple bits packs when I get em (or the other fruit for that matter). Seems she makes apple muffins out of em. Reminds me it's time to grind some more wheat flower for the bread machines this week.

Just some sanding, varnishing with child friendly varnish (my daughter wants the castle left in natural wood) and the addition of a couple of flights of steps, the floor for the keep (which will store the soldiers made of pegs) and perhaps a market stall for inside, and we are done. Believe it or not, it is also almost the perfect size for 28mm medieval figures too - not planned I promise
