An amazing range of models! Sadly my Japanese is not up to scratch. Are these models downloadable from anywhere?

Over the last 12 years, Trotskiy allowed his models to be downloaded about one per month.
Sadly, this rate has slowed down.
The last time a model was available was in May of this year.

Nice! Also, GPM, Halinski and several other ex-ComBloc-based (mostly German, Polish and Russian) publishers have lines of 1/200 cardmodel warships that could either have their carriers "harvested" for planes or upgraded with some of these--bonus point, those ships can be used as "scenario targets".

Did we ever figure out the "scale" on WoW movement to know what a good "scale effect" downsize for altitude would be?

There is a free 303 Squadron papermodel which appears to be a Spitfire.

Actually Kenneth, upon review, the plane you posted looks like it turns out to be a Hawker Hurricane Nice find.

I thought that the wings might not be wide enough for Spitfires so I am sure that you are correct.

The 303 Squadron flew, Hurricanes, Spitfires and Mustangs.

I was looking through the files and came across the F4F Wildcat paper model file, is there any directions for them?

    No Directions.

I think that the F4F Wildcat came from this website: https://recursoswargames.wordpress.com/

Because the plane at 1/200 scale is small, use 32 Lb paper/cardstock.
You will be disappointed if you attempt to build the plane with 20 Lb paper; it is too flimsy.
Use Aleene's Tacky Glue for edge gluing.

I did a thread on building some 1/144 scale WWI planes which may have some helpful hints for you.

I am now working on one of the Zeros, and it is not as difficult as I thought without directions.

It's just hard finding where some of the pieces go.

Here is a list of all the parts where some of them go
1a-----the curved part of the cowling
    1b-----the engine's front
    1c-----engine/main fuselage
2a-----part that you attach the front of 2b to, and the back of 1c
    2b-----middle part of tail
2c-----part that you attach the end of 2b to, and the front of 3 to
    3------end of tail

It is helpful to glue the part, like the engine/main fuselage together (to make it easier I wrapped the piece around a thicker scewer, and then glued it) before you do an of the other later parts that are farther down the fuselage.

The part that I circled is 1a just so you know where it is and what it is supposed to be.
