Must have been a difficult job, I have been a Chaplain, but those guys back then didn't have the technology and decent reliable equipment we do these days, no parachutes and ejection seats! He does have their attention though . . . somewhere in France I am told . . .

Those are Pfalz Eindeckers, not Fokkers, so are probably Shapeways? or possibly the elves own design/construction..................

I didn't do up the Back Card for this one, as I don't know the squadron nor pilot. I suspect they are both 'Unknown'?

    PS: Beautiful paint job.

I somehow missed this scheme: historic, David?
It's nicely done, and more interesting than the basic doped linen.

Like the picture Dave, and also your E III and card Mike.
I may well be flying a few sorties in the New Year.

That was 6 years ago! In old guy years that's decades ago. It was authentic but no pilot info, AH colors fall camo. Did it with a dry brush technique. . .

Well I have made some decisions. The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month is here and the war is done . . . I was feeling a bit down with no one to share my fun with when Mrs. Clipper announced an end to my Gloom. Andrew is coming home for a month from Christmas on! . . . A Suitable Victim, I mean opponent! Its time to do a re-start! I have the elves digging out the DEEP boxes. I have cleared a suitable combat zone from Mrs. Clipper. "Till Andrew leaves in January you can set up a "play" zone on the landing while he is here."

Ah, I can hear the engines coming to life, we will start where it all did, Fokker Spinn III's, Taubes, wobbly planes and all . . . oh my! "Who's with me?" The elves have offered their services to those without proper wings!

Maybe Dave, but they just look so great spotting even in the background, we have to have a couple at least.
Then there is the Martinsyde Elephant to consider as well.
