We can but speculate...

SPAD XIII: Original series was Baracca / Fonck / Rickenbacker; next was Rickenbacker / Coadau / Madon - This time it's Fonck / Chavannes... ????
Hopefully we'll get something British from 23 Sqn as the third choice... like that'll ever happen

... Another American or Italian I suspect though.

Alb D.Va: Original set was Udet / Weber / Jentsch; next was Udet / Hippel / Jacobs - This time it's MvR / Weber ... ????
Maybe it'll be a wingman for MvR or Weber ?

But we are straying from series 4.

Actually the Spad picture posted by Gallo Rojo shows a Spad VII.
No big differences but here is a Spad XIII from the same squadron SPA 48.
It could be an accurate choice as its pilot De Turenne has already an Ace card within Airplane pack Nieuport 11.

First was - Barker / Olieslager / Ellwood, then - Barker / Ellwood / Stackard and we have Brown too. This time - Kissenberth / MacLaren / ?????

So maybe another RNAS 9 to go with Stackard or a wingman for one of the others ?

Both Roques and Turenne flew early versions of SPAD XIII with SPA48

THAT would do nicely!

Just change the number, and the cowling ring colour, and a Squadron is easily produced!

10 Squadron R.N.A.S. had colourful Sopwith Camels. Each flight had different coloured stripes on their nose; A flight Black & White, B flight Red & White, C flight Blue & White.
