Having missed out on Peter Jackson's cinema release 'They shall Not Grow Old' and having to wait for TV release in November I had a quick scout around the iplayer to see if there was anything of interest. In doing so I came across 'Our World War' again made in 2014 which are three hour long programs of reenactments based on actual events and the memoirs of those who were there.
The first occurs in defence of Mons & the first day of the war, the second is the Manchester pals & first day of the Somme, the third is Amiens around a tank crew & introduction of the tank.
I expect most have seen it but for those that haven't it's worth a look and was well worth revisiting.

If you have Sky it should come up on a search, if not the Beeb iplayer should throw it up.
