Monkeying around on a Tuesday night

Last night we (Doug, Garry & I) had planned to revisit King Kong but then, at the last minute, we had 2 extra players join us - one new recruit and one who hasn't been able to join us for about 12 months - both a reason to celebrate!!

In the light of this we decided to play a free-for-all dogfight between 3 Fokker D.VII's (flown by Gary and the two newbies) against a Snipe (Doug) and an SE.5A (me). We added 2 balloons to the table for no other reason than to add some eye-candy and to give us some obstacles to hide behind, collide with and...

Victory eventually went to the Fokkers after the Snipe collided with the SE.5A resulting in the latter drawing the dreaded Boom card (I seem to be a bit of a boom card magnet of late!!) which was closely followed by Udet dispatching the remaining Snipe.

We then moved onto our planned King Kong scenario which resulted in victory for the combined airforces, but not without cost!!

Thanks for the AAR and setting the game up Wayne. I appreciated the opportunity to fly that rare red and white fokker, and especially enjoyed the game of Kongckers at the end
