That'll be an interesting series to see how RC modellers/pilots recreate dive bombing, aerial encounters and dog fights above the south coast.

Very interesting programme. The dive bombing was awesome but they didn't hit any ships. The head up display from the cockpit was great but the show stealer was the 3 Hurricanes v 6 ME109's. If you haven't watched it I won't spoil the outcome but the best pilot will surprise you.

Just watched Episode 1. Very interesting and good fun but I don't think it tells us very much.

Just caught up with this, great to see the wartime footage and hear the reminiscences of someone who was there and it looks like a whole load of fun for those involved but the only thing I took away from it was don't mess with Shelly - 4 victories first time out - she's a killer !

Caught up with this today, quite entertaining. They mentioned 303 Sqn and their number of kills (126) then promptly showed guncam footage of a Spitfire being shotdown & and a hurricane going down !
My favourite bit was with Magdelena. She's a Polish drone pilot drafted in to fly a Hurricane model. She flew very well in 'first person view' with the on board camera and with a fixed wing model for the first time. She clearly enjoyed the experience and showed much 303 spirit with her comments afterwards:
"I want to fly more, a bit more.... and kill Germans"

Caught up with the final show in the series. As usual the prog included real footage & interviews with BoB pilots - the action culminating in a massed battle with 3 He111, some Me110 & Me109 models vs 16 Spits & Hurris - it was truly chaotic but interesting & fun to see them in action.
The use of FPV cameras, lasers & smoke really added to the spectacle once again.
