Took Dave to the rifle range today. I dug out my FN Fal, Glock 17, and Browning Hi-Power. I not sure if he liked it. I will let you judge for yourself by looking at this picture. Click image for larger version.

Dave's flight got delayed for a day. I took him to the Century Bar, a well known bourbon bar in Dayton. I did not have to twist his arm very hard to get him to walk in.

I don't think we have ever seen Origins covered so fully by one person previously.

thanks rob. ive actually taken more pics in the past. it just seems like more because ive broken them up into more manageable bites by scenario due to the limitations in uploading pics. uploading them all as ive done in the past would be an absolute nightmare!!!

The ways of the spirits of the Game are capricious and not to be understood. At least you weren't using dice
I think you only drew 1 in staaken attack. And to be fair to them, the decks in the invitation were weighed

Perhaps you should have stuffed your ears with wax and had Jim bind you to the mast, Dave...then the siren-song that is Dayton would not have called you back...

Have a safe trip home with minimal interruptions! Hope we shall meet again

Always the best,

I think we need to appoint Phil as Regimental Photographer. He has done a fantastic job letting everyone see what a fun event it was.

Default +++ The Bulldog has landed ! +++

Finally home after a 24hr delay due some cluster-f with computers and (allegedly) weather - It's good to be home.
Big thanks to the BGiF, it was wonderful to meet you all & I will cherish the memories, including the game with the chaps at Epic Loot in Dayton.
Huge thanks to Jim for looking out for me and facilitating the extra curricular activities - Top bloke - and Matt for organising so much and providing me with that epic counters box.
It was very special to meet my OTT wingmen Peter & Eric - we had some laughs during the week.
Thanks to Robert (Bobsalt) for his generosity - I managed to pay it forward in another way on the way home. (He knows what I mean)
And a special thanks to Phil (MilColl73) for taking the Bullet Magnet and running with it - that was quite something to see and raised a few cheers at the tables. Well done mate for ploughing on regardless.
And thanks to Karl for the MAD moment in the Tournament when we took each other out simultaneously enabling me to come home with a 'kill' coin - it was quite a hard fought battle.
Finally thanks to Ken (The Cowman) for founding BGiF without which none of this would've been possible.
Pics will follow once I'm more than semi-conscious and can work out what they are !

Thanks all again

Made it save home, Dave.

I'm shure the farewell wasn't an easy one beside this uncomfortable delay.

Origins is an unbeatable experience.
