The tower looks just like the one I saw at the Yorkshire Air Museum.

I think they said it was the Duxford tower and is being restored to what it was. Very cool

You at least made it out of the lobby. All i saw was the visiting B-25 when they ran it up. They did start some of the engines up today. A ten minute Goose downer ended that. I see you got some shots of the Zeppelin ladder! Being next to the Pod Cast gang i did hear all their interviews. The was a gentleman turning 101 soon who flew P-51`s in the ETO. I talked to another young man a spry 92 who can still get in his 1945 uniform. He trained in P-38`s late war his unit converted to P-51`s and never left the USA. He flew the P-51 after the war and got out in late 1946.

It is a pity that there was not much flying but you took some good photographs, Bob!
Rich when they ran the engines to full throttle on the B-25 my first thought was of them doing that on the deck of the Hornet and what a sound it was even though it was only one plane. As always I go and say hi to you but then hang out watching the planes. I saw the German hanger before but don't remember all those jet planes being there so that was pretty neat. Even though not much flying I did get to see you and just roam around.
