    Happy Birthday, Paul
(or should that be Bon Anniversaire)
60 is the new 50 right?

    So I guess you’re celebrating 49 again.

Have a great one Paul. Only another 11 years to go and you can ride the Prague trams for free.
Happy Birthday mate and here's to many more to come. Your health sir. Just fell over. Be a good chap and hand me down another beer and a straw.

How did I miss this post? Anyway, hope your special day was a good one.

I'll beat you to that 3 score years brigade by a few weeks, next year. The government sent me a letter last week, advising me that I can apply on-line for my civil pension, starting next May. I have to apply for 'geezer' status in this country, it appears.

I started applying for Canada Pension earlier this year and was stymied by the "Mother's Maiden Name" question.
It kept saying my entry was incorrect.

I finally called the 800 number and found they had made my SIN account inactive.
A personal visit to Service Canada in Richmond last month and a confirmation letter in the mail last week means I can try again.
