Default Visit to the Air Museum in Cracow + link to the pics.

Yesterday I seized an opportunity to visit The Air Musem in Cracow and this time, due to my daughter's arrangements in Cracow I was not in a hurry, thus could spend much needed time to study many items as long as ever wanted.

Let me draw your attention to the old "Goering Collection" of WWI aircraft (most of them just fuselages) which are unique and genuine.
And do not forget to play the footage I took inside the hangar with those planes presenting also a big interactive screen presenting all the exhibits via your fingertips.

They certainly seem to have improved the layout since I was there last. Thanks for sharing. Perhaps later this year.........

Looks like you had a nice time, Andrzej! Glad you were able to not be too hurried going through - great pictures

Did you pick up anything at the gift shop?

    All the best,

What happens in Cracow stays in Cracow (unless you bring it home from the gift shop...but I assume it was suitably disguised...)

What's written in this thread stays in this thread - your secret is safe with me!

    All the best,

A marvelous tour. The table was a real treat. Hopefully someone at the USAAF Museum in Dayton sees it, and gets inspired.
Thanks very much for the show.

    What a fantastic museum Andy!
Thank you for all the great photos & the wonderful video of the interactive screen.
The curators must be congratulated on assembling such a wonderful collection of artefacts.
