Jasta 10's Pfalz initiation

Feb. 10 in Dayton at Epic Loot we held a second game. It was most of the same mob flying Ray Garbee, Bill Weber, Sean Weber, Thomas Coon, Joe Cairo, and I (Jim O'Neil). This time were were flying Pfalz D.IIIs in the livery of Jasta 10. They were mixing it up with the 27th Aero Squadron in their Spad XIIIs. I was very proud of my newly painted Pfalz and as the first two pictures showed they looked great. A general fur ball erupted in the middle of the table and even though the Germans could easily maneuver with the Yanks they never could get their talons out. After a bit it was down to two badly shot up Pfalz against four Spads. The Pfalz flew off the table, tails tucked beneath their legs.
