While the Pacific Theater holds no interest for me from a gaming standpoint, I have always thought the Raiden was a cool-looking plane! Nice job on these T-Bolts

Hope they stand up to more than one pass at the B-29s...

    All the best,
    Matt

Thanks Matt! The Raiden wasn't quite as 'American' in its performance and design philosophy as the Army's Ki-44, but it still feels like a departure from the normal Japanese approach.

Very nice Darryl. My interest in the Pacific more than makes up for Matt's lack there of!

Aircraft are Blood Red Skies, Paints are Tamiya, and decals are Miscellaneous Miniatures. Sat in a drawer for almost 2 years painted and I just recently added the decals.

Looking good. An AAR to follow?

Thank you Baxter. I wish there was an AAR. Maybe sometime in the future. I guess you could say they were just patrolling the coast but there were no intercepts today.

Sharp flight Dave! We'll have to get them into a game at Origins.

Thanks Tim, Chris and Peter. Peter, I do have a couple 1/200 B-29s that could be mounted for the occasion.

I have one B-29 to do. I'll keep these in mind for next Origins if you can make it.

So many boxes (planes, tanks, troops, dragons......), and so little time.
