    I was wondering how that affected morale and operations in WWI. Anyone know of any books on the subject please?

    Sorry Gary, not come across any so far. But my travels along this road are not that extensive yet. Shall keep an eye open.

    Nothing specific Gary but search WW1 propaganda books and it throws up loads, posters too.

    A lot of it was done; certainly it effected USA public opinions. A lot of grey areas too, between outright lies, shady truth and partial truths. Rarely unbiased truths.
