    If Jager is going to travel all the way to the U.K., he might as well see something other than the surface of a few gaming tables. Even if some of them were quite nicely done.

    Thanks for sharing, Neil!

    It is my sad but happy duty to let you all know Karl is on his way home. He will be sadly missed. Karl has kept us entertained with his many tales of yore which he could relate to the castles he has been to.

    My friend it was an honour and a great privilege to have you as the first US Lend Lease and for Karen and I to host your last days before returning home. Well you have a 2nd one here whenever you come across.

    Best wishes Karen & Neil (swmbo63 & skafloc).

    Many thanks to the two of you for rounding off Karl's visit to old Blighty, and thanks for posting up the pictures you took (I recognise some of those castley-things there!).

    Karl, have a safe trip back to the good ol' U.S.of A.- it was brilliant to meet you in person, and I hope to do so again someday.

    It was an honor and a privilege to have been chosen to travel to your great country, and a sadness to leave it.
    I thank everyone who contributed to my trip, all those I met with gladness at the gaming tables, and most especially, those who hosted me, and chauffeured me around the 10 days.

    Well done Sir
    between us and the team Karl managed;
    Ships, Tanks, Planes, Armour and weapons beyond belief,
    and the Doncaster event was a great success.

    And at least the boss has her conservatory back now...
    for a while anyway!
