    Default How's this for a R/C model....

Came across this today whilst looking for other things -
Entitled "BIGGEST XXXL FOKKER DR-1 RC AIRPLANE / Faszination Modellbau Friedrichshafen 2016"

    It certainly is a big Fokker...enjoy !

Wow, that really shows how nimble the DrI was. I wonder how close it is to scale weight and power? It looks like it can do things the original couldn't.

Guessing it's up on power, maybe it's what Fokker wanted it to do if he'd had the power plant !

Looks like quarter the size, eighth the weight, and full power of the original. The way it was hanging on its prop was astounding. and the pilot was VERY good with his toy.

That was incredible. Great audition tape for getting a job on the next WW1 aviation film - forget about CGI!

    Wow! What a model!
Now we need a similar Camel for some large scale Dogfighting.

    Here's a blue one - says it's 65% scale with 550cc engine.

Nice to see they have the same colour/decal issues we do ! Think that one's the same size but the red one has a 820cc 7 cyl Radial (Wallach) engine.
