Default Them there Pirates they be...aaarrrr...!

Those of you who dined together last night at Doncaster will know of certain friendly but less Ares themed gifts
that are part of the usual part of the proceedings.....

Those of you who frequent the Anchorage site as well will know of my 'alter ego' Ensign Patch, and my inclination
to err not arr on the side of Pirates....and of course piracy...!

A certain Mr & Mrs who shall remain nameless..........NO..they won't.....Steve & Karen Bayley 'kindly'????

presented me with a gift...no doubt at least one picture will find it's way onto the Forum in the next few days...

    Well...here is the finished article...

This pirate flag was very present during the Saturday games.

Maybe Captain Duff & me will do a surprise visit in your next Pirate scenario, cleaning the table with HMS Royal Sovereign & the Montagne.

This "M.Y" outfit is almost-impossible to do web searches on -- does the box provide a URL?

Nearly as long as it took to build this boat then!

Amazon sell many M.Y products. I do not think that they are a British company because one model is described as an " Army War Ship".

Details printed on the side of the box:

Kandytoys Exeter 1DR UK (I think this is probably the importer into the UK and NOT the manufacturer)?

    Product code TY3178 4853

    Bar Code: 5 033849 022686

There are no more details on the assembly instructions sheet of who the maker is or how to contact them?

That's all the details i have.

    UPDATE

    www.kandytoys.co.uk

    download latest brochure

    section ~ Toys 1

scroll through and you will find the range of M.Y Toys available

The company IS a wholesaler / importer and the range is sold in multiple packs....

does not look like you can purchase kits as individual items.

Credit where credit is due - that should read Neil and Karen, not Steve and Karen (damn, our secret is out!)

Isn't it Duplo who do pirate ships as well?
Run for your life - there are stupid people everywhere!
