Hi Pilots,
I invite warmly for scenarios I prepared for you:
Saturday 9.00: Tunisia 1943:
Bombers, fighters, bunkers, tanks in the desert, hills and mountains.
Saturday 12.00: Pacific 1943:
Bombers, fighters, rockets, cargo and war ships.
I introduced "Top mast bombing" - the special low altitude method used in Pacific area.
Great fun guaranteed
The review of scenarios in attachments.
Greetings
TataMichal
We (me + my son) are looking forward to both of them

Great-looking group picture, Daniel! And it doesn't get much better than Andy in shorts and flip-flops..
A fine group of folks ready for some fun - looking forward to many more pictures of the convention. Have tons of fun!
All the best,
Matt
Dear friends,
it is all over now, you are on the way back to your homes, so it is time for some things:
First of all, thank you for comming. I have a great time every year and I see you have it too.
Please, check the Particiapnt List in the very first post of this thread amd reprot me if someone is missing.
GM: Please, do the same with Mission List.
I also sent recommendation for Event Medals, so you can await them. If there will be something wrong, tell me.
And one question: We did a Mission Book every year since 2014. This year we have not the missions in advance. It is not quite easy thing and if we would do it, we need a very close cooperation with you, GM. Do you think we should do it? And if the answer is "Yes, do it!", are you able to help us?
My friends, thanks for everything! While I am still heading home, I want to thank you for the big fun and the warm company I enjoyed this weekend. Great organization, even coping well with the need to change programs all of a sudden for the big affluence. Great creativity from all of you who invented and carefully prepared the scenarios and campaign that we played. Great buffet with the local food you brought all over Europe. Great shop to supply us games and accessories of any kind. And most of all, great group of people that made every minute there so enjoyable. I posted several photos on BGG (please do the same mentioning the event in the caption) and Facebook. See you at the next occasion, and thank again!

Dear Colleaugues,
We have landed safely at home base around 21.00. We'd like to thank you all for fantastic experience we've had during this weekend, meeting old friends, gaining new ones and playing a lot of fun dogfighting. I hope you returned safely as well and we are already looking forward to meeting you next year again. Already started to count days left to next Con :-)

Please post all your photos you think worth on BGG too (WW1 Rules Pack page or Battle of Britain starter set), crediting the event and whatever you want in the captions. A good place to get visibility.
Hi Daniel,
I think it would be nice to have such a mission book, so I vote : YES, do it.
I'm not sure if I can help you, but (as GM for the "Sky over The Netherlands 1940" game) let me know what you expect of me and I'll tell you if I can do it. Fair enough ?
cheers,
Guus

Finally arrived at home base late yesterday evening (spent another day sightseeing beautiful Prague !).
I had such a great time and want to say a big “thank you” to all people involved, who made this event so successful !
I met a wonderful crew of fellow aviators and enjoyed their hospitality and company very much !
Seeing forward to attend next years meeting again !
It was good to meet you too, Thomas.
Run for your life - there are stupid people everywhere!
I arrived home yesterday evening - spent the morning checking off "must see" locations I had not managed to visit as yet.
My phone is now struggling to transfer 772 photos to my laptop!
May I just say a huge thank you to Dan and Kubajs and all the other organisers, as well as all the participants who made the event so enjoyable.
I WILL be back for more!
I laugh in the face of danger - then I hide until it goes away!
Nice to hear, Tim.
Schön, dass Du dabei gewesen bist, Thomas.

Voilŕ le soleil d'Austerlitz!
What a great bunch of photos, Sven! They really capture the fun and spirit of the weekend - a lovely mix of people and planes and food and fun. Almost like being there...
It looks like there was plenty of room this year - everything in one place?
Thanks for sharing them with us.
All the best,
Matt
Thank you Matt.
Friday and Saturday, the Con was in a conference room. Sunday in Ladinek's shop.
Long story, Barry.
Brush was presented to me for successful bombing/strafing of sanitary installations of a RAF airfield during Prague Con 2017.
Upgrade was done, German colours, clusters, etc... and brought to this year's Con.
Helped me bombing Belgrad and Dutch New Guinea and I won a prize for the most successful bomber pilot (with Asja).

Voilŕ le soleil d'Austerlitz!
Great set of photos Sven, thanks for posting. I wonder how your brush will be decorated 10 years from now, accumulation clusters, oak leaves and swords!
Hi pilots, if you want to know "Who is who" - look at this hint

Thank you for this identification shot. Very useful. Lets me put faces to names that I couldn't match before, you included.
Great job posting the 'Photo ID' (especially in hi-res for us old-timers)
Always nice to put faces to names.
Good job Cartas.
Run for your life - there are stupid people everywhere!
well done Cartas, this sure helps ...
cheers,
Guus

Cartas made a perfect job I did this only once (2015 I guess) and it was a tough quest even when there was just about 25 participants.
Please, give him a reputation instead of me, because I gave him for another thing a day or two ago.
I added link for Cartas's grouphoto, link to real timetable, galleries and prepare the very first post for adding repaint contest winners (waiting for Nemanja) and overal results of the Con.
Thanks Cartas!

Hi Daniel,
I have sent my contribution for the mission book to your "real life" e-mail address. I couldn't find a way to upload the document on this forum.
Let me know when you have received it and whether it is OK, will you.
Looking forward to the "Mission Book 2018" ...
cheers,
Guus

Cartas you are wonderful, let me spray you with some Rep gold!

My mission is described here: https://www.wingsofwar.org/forums/sh...?28593-Eskorta
I can translate and refine it and even add some fluff, if necessary.
