This is very much a case of "what if," since only a half-dozen A7Ms were built before the combination of a B-29 raid and an earthquake ended their production. Saburo Sakai did fly one of the prototypes and felt that it was as good as or better than any US fighter he'd encountered. New Aragon Mechanical Works on Shapeways has a nice A7M2 model available, but markings for production aircraft are very conjectural, so I've included images of the one known flying prototype and box art from a Fine Molds '1946' release.
I have two Reppus in hand, so I can be of assistance with any questions about model dimensions.
Thanks!
