Yes, but I don't see any part-Siamese in there, which is a large part of the problem. Honestly, I fear leaving tools lying around; Phosphor *might* figure out how to work them....

German reinforcements after centre broke and ran (Inexperienced troops!) Americans on Red 1 took a beating: Loosing 2 full squads, 2 more down to a single man and the PAra's down 7 to 3. Also a bazooka team and flamethrower team. The British did manage to knock out the PAK 40 bunker.

Decals from our own MISCMINI (Kevin). They are No. 67 Squadron and are in the AIRFILE book. Have to thank Kevin for the nice decals.

Just rechecked this and see that the photo went away but the attachment is still here. I don't know why this is happening. Seems when I post more than one photo this happens.

    Only 9?!?!?!

We got you beat by 3 indoors..and raise you 3 in the outdoor TNR colony.

Sadly we had to put one down Monday night due to kidney failure, he was only 13. Still have his mom (15Plus), his older sister (14) and 2 sisters from the spring batch (also 13 and same mom) I think out TNR colony are all 5 and the youngest indoors is 6.

As for other projects that take FAR less time and effort I got my Shapeways order today. Just hit em with the second coat of Future tonight so will be a while.

    I received
    1x Raf BE2e
    1x Vickers FB5 Gunbus
    1 x Halb CV
    1x DFW CV
    1 x LVG CV
    2 x Fokk E III's

    Will keep you updated.

OK, been coating the Shapeways airframes with polish. Up to coat number 5 and have started to sand the wings and body a bit. Considering some of these airframes are new will give a bit of first glance feedback on them

Halb CV, LVG CV, and DFW CV. All are rather solid designs with no major issues. All prints were very well done.
Fokker EIII's. Again well made but the wings are a tad thin. Also the horizontal tail surfaces are VERY thin near the body so treat with care. Again nice pieces.
Raf BE2e OK, a few issues on this one. First the print was perfect so no problem there BUT.....the upper wing is very thin and not well supported (Design problem real life) and the wing is higher above the body stressing the 3 struts on each side even more. Be careful handling the wings as I broke one strut just by applying too much pressure handling it (a bit of superglue fixed it quickly) a nice model but the spot between the tail and body, and the upper wing are VERY tender spots so be careful. A nice addition to my collection though.
Last the Vickers F5B gunbus...Again a outstanding print but also again some glaring weak spots. First the v supports holding the tail assembely to the body are a bit fragile so be careful with the tail. Second the Horizontal stabilizer is lightly held on to the vertical one so again be careful when working on the tail.

All prints were very good with little grainyness on the edges. no major mitprinted spots or nasty warps. Only warping was one upper wingtip and a Horz tailsurface on a Fokk E III. So an outstanding job by the printers.

    Default MvR Albatros D.III repaint

Just rolled my MvR repaint off the board - rather annoyingly the digital image has shown some silvering of the decal that I will have to attend to but you get the idea. I'm not sure the colours are entirely accurate, depends what sources you look at, but for my needs it's close enough.
Anyway here it is, my attempt at MvR's Albatros D.III 2253/17:

For those interested in such things I used Humbrol enamels this time out - 120 Pale Green, 186 Chestnut & 75 Bronze Green atop the wings, I used a sky blue on the undersides and a very old GW Blood red for the struts, landing gear etc & over the decals - decals by Dom.

Not a bad flu to catch, IMO
18mm seems like an odd scale, though. I haven't run into any, yet.

I have too many aircraft (30+) on the workbench right now and no time to finish them, although I can't really complain as the main reason is because I am actually playing quite a few games getting a WGS campaign up and running.

Funny that you would mention "Tanks".....I painted that starter last month....the game does have a WoG feel to it, as it's quick to learn and play, with a lot of options built into the card set

Thanks.....working in that scale is a little tricky for the camo. I did the German soft-line camo freehand with the airbrush, but used modeling putty to do the hard-line on the Shermans. Putty is great for doing patterns on the small scales, and I use it on the Bolt Action (1/56th) armor too when I'm doing three color patterns like on the one T-34/76.
