All of the above are very right and I admit it with great and hopeless sorrow.

Nice planes, but something's wrong withe ther ground Scene:

    a) too much German tanks on the picture
    b) all German tanks are burning - none of the Russian tanks is burning
    c) German soldiers: 1 third retreating - 1 third dead - 1 third hold up hands / Russian soldiers: all alive and advancing

But that's like I would paint it with a Makarov pointing at the back of my head and a reservation for a 10 year vacation in a Siberian Gulag

That's because the Russians are Advancing -- all the dead Russians and burning Russian equipment is offscreen stage right; the Germans who aren't dead or on fire are offscreen stage left.

Hurricane; Beaufighter; P-40; Stuka; Me-109; Me-110 -- all were used for ground-attack at one time or another.

Hi Gary. Both the Beaufighter & P-40 were used for Ground Attack in the Pacific & the Beau for Ship attack in the English Channel.

The Airocobra was also used in that role in the Pacific, especially around the New Guinea area & AIM make a really nice one of which I have a pair.
