    Default Derby Worlds new venue

Did a quick search on here but couldn't find any posts so I presume this is new to you all, it is to me anyway. I found a post on TMP yesterday which has just appeared saying Derby Worlds has moved this year to Bruntingthorpe. Heres a link to the website.

Not that much further for me - I hope to be able to attend - shame though, I like Donnington as a venue

Hopefully the lighting is better than that yellowy effect at Donnington, it makes photos taken there look awful. We thought the catering at Derby was over priced and awful quality last year too, so hoping for an improvement on that front as well. I have a customer in North Kilworth so I know it's only 10 mins longer travel time than Donnington for me so not too bad on the travel front.

I suppose it depends where you are starting from, I've gone from almost walking distance to 30 mins down the M1 plus local roads.
    Still not that bad though.

    Lest we forget

As the Irishman said when asked for directions..."Well I wouldn't start from here."

I was happier when they were in Nottingham! Just to think the medal could have said Nottingham World Championships, and now it will have to be Bruntingthorpe World Championships.

Either way, I'll be a happy recipient (assuming I can get there!)
