Default The Wright Flight is at it again this coming Saturday!

This Saturday is the regularly-scheduled Wright Flight game day - Epic Loot in Centerville, Ohio is the locale - doors open at 11AM and we'll hopefully be in the air by 11:30 at the latest...

We are planning on some Bloody April action this weekend, in honor of the 100th Anniversary of that action, and we will try and work King Kong into the fur ball/melee. At the very least he'll be a Bloody Big Target...

Come on out and join us if you're able - PM me for directions if you need 'em...

    All the best,
    Matt

On 8 April 17 The Wright Flight started the day by engaging King Kong. The Germans and the British tried to put aside their differences while attacking the big ape on the building, but old habits die hard. The Sopwith Pup got tossed like a paper airplane and would have survived except for the dastardly Hun!

The second round was focused on the Bloody April centenary with three D.III engaging a motley collection of Allied aircraft - two 1 1/2 Strutters and and FE2c. The Central Powers played true to history, shooting down all three Allied planes while losing no planes themselves.

At the bitter end, the FE2c is swarmed by the Albatross fighters. With 1 point of damage left, I drew a 4 and 5 point card. Total overkill.

    That Fe.2c is fantastic.

May I ask who makes it?

    Thanks!

I looked for more details - it's not an FE2c - it's an FE2b model. This specific model is from Decapod's Shapeways shop. https://www.shapeways.com/product/K7...943&li=ostatus

It was printed in nice, affordable, White Strong and Flexible.

Thanks - I was looking through Shapeways yesterday and couldn't find it the second time.

    2 now ordered.
And the slippery slope of Shapeways begins ....
I gave up waiting for Ares
