This is a Shapeways LVG CVI two-seater airplane (not sure of the manufacturer) painted in 1919 Lithuanian colors. According to Wings Palette (www.wpalette.com), “Eight new C.VI's were supplied by Germans on 27th February 1919. This aircraft took part in combats at Polish front in March 1919. The aircraft was piloted by German mercenary.”
All paints are acrylics.
Wings are computer-modified Blue Rider lozenge decals with hand-painted Craft Smart blue and yellow dot touchups and wing edges
Fuselage is Folk Art Georgia Peach base with a Delta Ceramcoat Maple Sugar Tan stain; underbelly is mix of Craft Smart blue lightened with Folk Art Wicker White
Rudder & tail are Folk Art Wicker White
Propeller is Apple Barrel Bright Red
Struts, landing gear are Craft Smart Chocolate Brown
Engine cowling and top wing radiator are Apple Barrel pewter gray with Craft Smart silver wash
Wheel tires and tail skid are Craft Smart Black
Wheel covers are same as the fuselage
Pilot & observer are Craft Smart Chocolate Brown
Insignia decals are computer-modified Blue Rider
