We will remember them.
This is Poland's Day of Independence.

I laugh in the face of danger - then I hide until it goes away!
. . . . exploring the real lives, real struggles, for real hopes, real dreams, real freedoms. Here we revisit, retouch, re-experience their conflict, so we can begin to understand and appreciate their real sacrifices for the lives we live today. Salute, remember honor. . . .thank you!
In every war die many fine men for peace. Lest we forget.
And congratulations to our Polish friends
We will remember them

A song from the Regiment...
Old soldiers never die, never die,
they only fade away.......

At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them...
Always the best,

Thank you for your sacrifice, gone but NEVER forgotten
We were little faster - 28/11/1918. Wien was collapsing faster than everything else... But I have a nice memory about it. Two weeks ago, we (me and Jitka) were in Orle (Góry Izerskie) and there was a Polish pair who knows very well that we have a national holiday and congratulated us immediately. Very nice!
We will remember them.

In remembrance of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for peace.
Missed this yesterday so a salute to all for their sacrifice. Nice pin Rob. Wear it with pride.
I need to finish that horror story idea I came up with after a... unusual... interpretation of the last lines of "In Flanders Fields"....
Went to our Veterans Day parade today and one of the gentlemen in the parade was a ball turret gunner on a B17 with the 95th Bomb Group. I was to busy watching him to get a picture of his plane which was on the side of the truck he was riding in.
