Assistance
I am trying to upload and download but keep getting the following:
You have exceeded your download limit today. (Not having downloaded anything I am perplexed).
You have exceeded your attachment limit. (well here we go again).
Any assistance gratefully appreciated.

I had that problem last week. Check you membership status. Mine had expired and had to be renewed.

Here is my post asking for HELP and the reply I received.
I have never faced such a problem. Hmmm...maybe it's beacuse my membership renewes magically automatically.

Last time my membership was automatic but when my card changed to the new chip card I had to change info.
Neil, I think it's one of the new user groups you have been added to that is messing with your permissions. I'm looking into it.
