Option B (with white over-print for ‘Doncaster 2017’ text)
30 @ £7
35 @ £6.50

My preference if for option B the black with white writing but it is the most expensive one.
So chaps do we want a badge for this year and if so would you be happy with the £7 option, going to £6.50 if we get 35 requests.

The quote is valid for a few days yet so let Simon and myself know what is the preferred badge.

I shall keep a tally on here once the preferred option is known so we can see where we are, be aware we can only take the one option, too expensive otherwise, so please let us know which option and number of badges please.

Answer 3: We have a small fee to pay for the use of the room over the weekend, however we are still awaiting costings and a break down of such.

Answer 4: All contributions gladly accepted, however if you wish to retain your contribution for a game you are running that would be appreciated too.
