    Default Redesigned ace tokens

I fear I may have gone down the ocd rabbit hole on this one, but I'll let you gents be the judge of that

On occasion I've found the stock ace tokens to be a tad bothersome as the graphics aren't particularly descriptive of the skill they depict (or at least that's my humble opinion) In an effort to make the skills more immediately identifiable (and to add some fun vibrancy to my players' airplane consoles) I made a little project of redesigning our more commonly used chits. Anyone feel like taking a crack at the skills they represent? (A hint, rim color is an indicator of a skill's subcategory)

Must be in a silly mood

Top left: Irish pilot. Top middle: ex Olympic gymnast. Top right: pilot wearing starched collar, cannot check 6.
Middle left: pilot has speck in eye - cannot see. Middle: star poker player.

    Think I should stop now.

I do like these - well done!

OK, on the bottom left, there's clearly an Aussie pilot (kangaroo) who has been wounded in the foot.

These look pretty cool, Greg! How big are they? Roughly the same size at the original counters or somewhat bigger? I'm pretty sure I recognize some of the abilities, but my group hasn't used many of the special abilities stuff yet, so they're pretty foreign to me (although our regular flying group is starting to make noise about employing them in future games to spice things up a bit...)

    All the best,
    Matt

    Those look pretty good, Greg.
Much more intuitive than what comes with the game.

Only one I am not sure of is the top right.

Top right is spiderman surely? Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound? Top row center must be female pilot - maybe one of those infamous She Devils!

Matt- Same size as the originals, I like to keep things uniform Good luck using the skills in your future games! My players enjoy the customization and variety they bring to the table. A side note, I've made a few small house-rule tweaks to some of the skills in an attempt to balance them a little better in my games...otherwise everyone always seems to go for sniper, perfect aim or lucky pilot :P

Pete - Upper right is the Daredevil skill.

Thanks all for the kind words!
