Found this little gem at the grocery an hour ago - something with which to attack my thirst this evening Another Ohio beer (like Platform), it's a nice little IPA - not too hoppy, goes down easily - likely several bottles in my future tonight!

I think it works well as an accompaniment to both Tripods & Triplanes as well as Battlestar Galactica...

Found another "Bičre de Mars"; wondering if this is a fad name?
Ommegang Bičre de Mars is a fine Belgian-style amber ale with a bit of magical space dust woven in: – Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, a wild-yeast which imparts added tartness, extra zing and and a touch of funk – while dry-hopping enhances the hop aroma.

And I found my answer (also, never trust google translate!)
From Zebulon Artisan Ales company, North Carolina
Biere de Mars (for H.G. Wells) 7.8% ABV. Biere de Mars (beer of March) was traditionally brewed to celebrate the end of winter. Think of it as an old school Biere de Garde, back when “de Garde” meant long aging in barrels.
