Thread: I Think I've Found The Perfect Beer For This Place...

That may be because I have been focused on Black Project Spontaneous Ales for quite a while.

On the left of this photograph is a drink called Foxbat. The brewers describe it as a spontaneous ale with peaches, rosemary, sage and sea salt.

No, I'm seeing them much more at my craft taps.
I'm not fond of them myself, but my store's beer manager loves them.

On the right of the above photograph is an ale called Roswell. It is described as a hopped spontaneous sour ale. The Grudge variety depicted contains Raspberries.

Roswell, New Mexico, of course, is close to the alleged site of a U.F.O. landing in 1947, which was allegedly covered up by the U.S. Government.

And the site of a "Storm the fences, they can't shoot all of us" event, that fortunately turned into a set of themed parties rather than a mass trespassing of an active uSAF base.

Cheers David. Enjoyed the video about the McDonnell XF-85 Goblin. Not seen it before. Didn't know the aircraft even ever existed. I'm not surprised it was unsuccessful. Hooking up after flight looks like a really tricky manoeuver, that would leave it and the bomber very vulnerable.

If Victor-23's Jet Fuel sounds dangerous, they also produce an IPA called Skyjacker.

Florence Schaffner was a flight attendant on Northwest Orient Airlines Flight 305 from Portland to Seattle on November 24th 1971. She was handed a note by a hijacker known as D.B.Cooper, who had a case containing what he claimed was a bomb. At Seattle D.B.Cooper was given a knapsack containing $200,000 and some parachutes. In return the passengers and some of the crew were released. The plane was refueled, took off and flew south-east. A some point Cooper leapt from the plane and no trace of him has ever been found.
