I'm going to pm all the games organisers to plan for 8+1 ie 8 players and 1 playing organiser. With those yet to pick some if not all the spare slots will be taken.
It's the best I can do without the 5 telling me which games they want to take part in. So for the remaining slots it's first come first served. Sort the rest out on the day.

All right chaps.
Those who have signed for the Beaufighters Game (and all otheres interested of course) may get the rules of engagement early before Donnie:
Below is a link to a downloadable mission sheet in .pdf from my digi-loud.
Do not be put off by the one die used in preliminary phase (suspense) and the rules, I promise to follow them.
The rules have been changed slightly after playtesting, so it is version 1.2.
Any questions are welcome.

I will be just mastering the game, not necessarily playing it by myself, for the comfort of the others.

So far no word off 4 and the fifth has put himself down for 2 , games only. To make this fair for organisers tables will max out at 8+1 organiser.
The few who have not put names to slots will just have to fill in when and where on the day.
Neil
See you on the Dark Side......
Thanks Andy

So far I have 2 Luftwaffe pilots for the Hamburg raid. No Brilcream boys yet in either bomber or fighter command, or a solo Yank for a B 17
I'm learning to fly, but I ain't got wings
Coming down is the hardest thing
So far the players for the Raid on Hamburg are as follows
RAF/USAF
Lancs . Hedeby and Rebel 2 planes each.
Lufwaffe
Places full
Nightbomber Guntruck and Skafloc. 2 planes each
So Deadly M and Hawkhurst have the choice of 3 planes each Allied fighter cover. Thats Spits IX and P 51s
unless someone desperately wants to play the B17 it will be retired from the roster as of today.

Are my two B-25 and B17 still needed for Doncaster ?
Also do I need to bring any mats or aircraft for WW1, I got some Roland Fighters, Pups, Strutters and Seaplanes?
Chris, do you have any sea like mats that you could bring? I do not have in mind the SoG mats which are so to say SoG oriented, but just a plain dark blue, grey or similar?
I own a custom one, but not sure if I can fold it into my cabin luggage (probably will succeed anyway).
"We do not stop playing when we get old, but we get old when we stop playing."
Hi Andy, I have a blue table covering I now normally used for my sails games.
If you need I can liaise with Simon to replace my sea with his covering, this will leave it for you to use.
Ill talk to Simon and let you know
Thanks in advance, buddy!
"We do not stop playing when we get old, but we get old when we stop playing."
I also have two large 'Dunelm' sea mats, which I use for WW1 and WW2 naval games
NO SAILS!!!!!
I can bring them if needed - just let me know.
I laugh in the face of danger - then I hide until it goes away!
Tim could I use one of your sea mats for the pacific game please?
See you on the Dark Side......
Its the blue Dunhelm I have, just couldnt remember Dunelm, I blame rampant senility
Just as an intro for my game:
Coral sea 1/200 scale
During the attack in the Coral Sea one of the smaller Japanese carriers suffered engine failure and was unable to take part in the failed attack. Admiral Yamamoto, not wanting to lose another carrier, dispatched the destroyer IJN Inedikazi to find the IJN Nosho.
The destroyer has been spotted by the air group from the USS Yorktown and they proceed to follow the ship, hoping it would lead them to the fleeing Japanese fleet.
US Players (5 max)
Your task is to sink any Japanese ships in the area.
The SBD dive bombers are equipped with 3 bombs each.
The TBD bombers may have 3 bombs or 1 torpedo each.
Japanese Players (3 max):
You are flying aircraft from IJN Nosho, you must protect all Japanese ships in the area.
See you on the Dark Side......
Wowser, Chris! I really like your special console. Nice work!

Hi Chris
I like the "we all know what we are doing" bit ("As a teaser for my game - going to play with a few additional rule tweaks as we all know what we are doing....").
I didn't know we were veering into the realms of fantasy!
Reg
I've had to bow out of Doncaster due to my back problem being worse that first thought.
Paul - you'll need to find someone else who can bring the industrial mat and any planes you need
Andy - similarly I can't provide the extra 190s I promised.
Rob - I'll PM you about the cards I printed off from Mike's template
Sorry to leave you in the lurch
Steve
