Good morning to you all

AUGUST 21st - one day show - Newark show ground (Same venue as Hammerhead and Partizan)

I have received an e-mail asking of we can put on a table or two...?

So volunteers please....

First table - WoG WW1

IF enough support

Second table - SoG (Just for Tim)...

Please advise ASAP

I had intended to visit this show but have a nasty feeling that I am ferrying the wife somewhere on that date. I will check and let you know.
If I can get there I would be up for a couple of hours on the WGF table.

Checked the diary and find that SWIMBO requires a chauffeur on the 21st September so I can go to the ball after all.

Great venue...

UPDATE

Two tables confirmed

Set up from 08.30am

doors open at 10am

show closes at 4pm

so 1 x WoG WWI

and especially for Tim

Ta Dah...- SoG sails ....

Vouchers for free tea/coffee will be provided by organisers of the show
as will free miniature figure for each participant...

I have pleaded for sufficient chairs and have been advised we can have
as many as we need

Please confirm availability / attendance to me

Looks like the weekend before the Guns of August so we should have some good AA reports in the weeks to follow.

You will get a couple of helpers as they join the table - see the thread
Tim & John to confer ref era / planes / games etc...

Table 2 - Morning Sails - Mav & Flying Officer Kyte

Table 2 - Afternoon depending on mornings attendance....
either Sails or BoB - Mav & Flying officer Kyte and 'others'

Doors open at 9am to set up
Doors open to Public at 10.00
Doors close at 4pm

Rob see you at 08.15 at yours.

Erm, I still don't know whether I will be able to make this show.................I never said I could!

I'm working at the hospital all night Saturday 20th August, finishing at 09:00 Sunday morning. The earliest I could possibly be at Newark would be around midday!

If I can't manage to swap the night shift, you'll have to count me out.

If Be2s, Fees and Strutters are required, I'll pack my box accordingly.
I can also bring Pups, Alb DIIs/IIIs, Dh2s etc?
Possibly a Roland CII or two?
Alb CI, Rumpler CI, and two Obs baloons
Thinking Somme '16 here

I can bring 3x SE5a, 2x Snipe, 1x Camel, 2x D VII and 1x DR1 plus rulers consoles etc.

Should be there not long after 10am I hope.

If we can get two WGF games in before lunch, I could lay on a couple of Gothas and a Staaken plus the Industrial mat, add some more Camels and a Bristol fighter or two.
Would the bombers need much escort or would Tony's DVIIs be enough?
I have DIIIs and DVs and Hannah may come with her pink RolandCII
