Must say that having seen these guys on the local and national news handing out cards to the public representing the person that was killed that day at the Somme brought a lump to the throat and a tear to my eye.

Thanks for posting the video.
I have recently finished P.Hart book on the WWI.
What iI realized is the trauma of the Great War you really feel in UK.

For us, Poles, WWI was a kind of happy (so to say) event, for all three occupants (Germany, Russia and A-H) of our country finally failed and crumbled, thus we could regain our independence.
