Default Color Fan Decks, Commercial and Standards

Some of the posts in this forum attempt to translate the old Methuen colors into more accessible formats. The following tables list commercial (house) vendors (whose fan-decks are very affordable) and color standards. If you can find a copy, there were also Reichsluftministerium (RLM) standards for pre-1945 Germany. I'm not sure if that was strictly Nazi, or if it started in the Weimar days--most German fighter undersurfaces were usually RLM 66 Hellblau ("Light Blue") IIRC.

Some reading I've done indicates that the directives themselves were propagated by the Luftwaffe (the earliest extant is from 1938); they do carry over directives from earlier, though, concerning colors and pigments to be used.
