From their newsletter if anyone wants some naval targets
Hello Everyone! There’s lot’s to update you on so let’s get right into it.
Pearl Harbor Battle Set Released!
The latest Pacific WWII naval battle set has been released. The Pearl Harbor battle set lets you recreated the December 7th, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. It includes 164 units (108 ships and 56 planes). This includes 53 brand new units, many of them support and auxiliary type units. You can buy the set with or without planes.
143 Additional New Units Released!
In addition to the 53 new units in the Pearl Harbor set we are concurrently releasing 143 more new units. Destroyer escorts and torpedo boats are included for both the US and Japan along with many new carriers for both sides. We have also included UK carrier escorts and a French seaplane.
You Can Now Purchase Sets and Individual Units without Bases
The recent postage hikes have really created a large obstacle for our international customers, especially for small packages. The cheapest rate is $22 for the smallest possible package. Since then a few international customers have asked to buy the product without the bases to save on shipping. They were willing to mount the ships themselves on material of their choice.
We decided to oblige them and then decided we should make it an option open to everyone including domestic customers. So here is the deal. If you want just the ship images on the adhesive backed paper, then in the checkout section you can enter a coupon code as follows: no base - Just like you see there. This will give you a 50% discount and most international shipments will be around $14.50.
Battle Sets with or without Aircraft
You may have noticed the most recent battle sets give you the option to purchase it with or without aircraft. We figured this made sense because if you purchased previous sets with aircraft you may not need the aircraft that come with new sets, or you may like using your own aircraft.
We will be updating the older sets with this option over the next few weeks. In the meantime if you want to buy older set now without aircraft, just send us a note and we will make it so that you can.
Podcast Interview with Man Battlestations
We recently did a podcast interview with Andy and Greg from Man Battlestations. On it we discuss many things such as how we started and what the future holds. They did a great job and we thank them for the opportunity to be a part of the show.
