My RE 8's have arrived! My RE 8's have arrived!!

Well, my Purchase from that evil auction site have arrived safely.
Now it's just a matter of finding superglue that has not hardened from long term storage, Some dark OD green spray paint and my Hobby nippers, Jewelers files and get down to building them.

From all indications, this particular kit is no longer being produced as the company that was making them are no longer in business.

They are White Metal and made by Mamoli out of Italy.

They have some very fine detail to them considering the scale.
With these I think that I will forgo mounting the quad blade prop and will punch out clear discs for the prop to show motion.

As soon as I get things organized, I'll take progression pics of the builds.
And if I can figure out a way to post the pics here I will...

Otherwise I'll post links to my photobucket for you to gander at...

Oh and Col, I'll be needin to order a couple of stands for the 2 seaters, for these ships... any idea as to when they will be available to order again? Cause I'm gonna order some gimble mounts as well while I'm at it.
