    Default Fantasy airplanes

    Hello!

    Some crazy color schemes here:

    http://www.felixdk.websitetoolbox.co...13689&trail=75

They can give some idea for unusual WoW planes...

    Bohning's Fw190:

    A Vichy's Mig 29:

    A Spanish Republican P-51:

    Much more at that link.

    All the best,

    Andrea

    Hmm.

    MiG-29, eh?

Something you want to tell us about the future of Wings of War Andrea...

As for the Fw-190 & the Mustang, I'm sure the WWII, Wings of War community, would approve of any color scheme just to get those two planes as minis.

That's a far out Fw though, somebody was having a WWI flashback when they did that one up.

    Or unless, um...

Ah... you weren't drinking when you posted this, were you?!

It took me a while to work out that they were made up schemes...

and what are people doing up so early?

Soooo many, and so wrong. They are great, but don't even contemplate this route Andrea. You know how an idea can just take off on the web.

    How daft is that?

    Thinks:

    FW190 kit - check!
    Lozenge decal set - check!

    Ookaaayyyy.....

Ditto, the long nose Fw-190 looks fantastic.

    Another fascinating one is:

Reminds me of the Airfix models I used to build with my dad in the late 60's early 70's. For some reason all the planes had bright colour schemes with lots of reds, purples and lime green.

Also Frog models. In those days the local newsagents had a decent selections of plastic model kits.

    Ken,

Your right in Brecon when I was a boy their was loads of places you could buy model kits from. Then it seemed as if they all dropped the lines in the mid-late 80's. In Brecon now the only models I can buy on my visits to family are Wargames Workshop from an independant stockist.

    Cheers, Aled
