Is there a page / post somewhere with the basic details of the event somewhere? Specifically I'm looking for starting and ending times so I can figure out how many night at a hotel might be required. It looks like the mess is now fully booked, so some shopping around will be in order.

    Hi Neil,
Basic is , a weekend of gaming at the Doncaster Air museum, starting Friday afternoon evening on Sept 18, all day Saturday and finishing Sunday Afternoon.
A lot of us are Staying at the Doncaster Central East
Premier Inn, which has a pub next door, which the intention is to have a meeal and drinks on Friday and Sat nights.
At the moment the event is open to any forum member that wants to organise a game for a slot on a booked table.
Once all slots have been taken , the games wil be published and attendees can choose a game they wish to play in.
Look in this thread Scafloc has put a general description of the slots and timings.
Take a look, any question I can try to answer at Thornbury or by PM

Thanks Chris. Travelling up Friday seems the sensible plan. Looks like the Premier Inn is now fully booked for the weekend, so I will find the nearest alternative and make arrangements.

You might try Premier Inn, Lakeside which is just around the other side of the lake but is still within walking distance of the venue at The Air Museum.

I brought 6 stotties, ham and pease pudding last year. That made 36 small sandwiches.

I'll bring more, sandwiches will be bigger. People can put on their own pease pudding. Small charge to cover costs if thats ok?
