Well at least I know why now....
Having just purchased a load of the Merit 1/200 scale aircraft, I began to wonder why the company had bothered to produce these, admittedly,fine planes until I was told about this....

I hope that Merit comes out with some Japanese planes to go along with the US ones they have. That must be a huge model of the Hornet.
